On February 18 we had over 40 people (not counting kids) at our church. It was a really good day for Axis; the most amount of people we've ever had at one time. We felt like we got a needed 'boost'.
Then...
On March 4, our very next gathering, we had 12 people. Yup, 12.
The cool thing is, God's in control. He's asked us to do this. He is IN it.

Maybe you are not getting a congregation because you are still trying to figure out what it is to be a church. Not a good position to take as a "pastor"
